Punta Prima is located in the south east corner of Menorca and just 15 minutes away from the airport. Its a small well laid out quiet resort with a spacious open feel.
You will find a good selection of bar / restaurants overlooking the beach serving a variety of both international and Spanish food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Punta Prima has a couple of well stocked supermarkets selling everything you will need for day to day living, plus a couple of gift shops and car hire etc. Currency exchange is available in a number of outlets, including the supermarkets.
Punta Prima has a very good and extremely attractive beach of fine white sand with plenty of space for everyone. Facing south east it receives the sun first thing in the morning untill late evening just before it sets. But please note it can be dangerous with strong currents at certain times. There is a warning flag above the red cross building at the rear of the beach this tells you when it is safe to swim, please take note of it
