This apartment block is situated in a residential quarter in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm. Levante beach is situated 500 metres away and it lies 2 km from the city centre, 5 m from the local bus stop and 200 m from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants.

The complex offers apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms. One-bedroom apartments feature a room with 2 single beds, a lounge with a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, TV, safe (charges apply), telephone, air conditioning (from June to September) and heating. Tea and coffee making facilities are also included in the room. Two-bedroom apartments offer 2 rooms, one of them with twin beds and another with a double bed. They also feature a lounge with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace, TV, hire safe, telephone, air conditioning (from June to September) and heating. Sport
The property features a swimming pool with waterfalls, a pool bar, an indoor heated pool (winter only) and a hot tub. The property does not have its own entertainment; however this service may be used at Magic Rock Gardens, only a couple of metres away, where a varied entertainment programme for adults and children is offered on a daily basis.
Meals
In the case of half-board, full-board or all-inclusive bookings, meals will be served at Magic Rock Gardens restaurant, which is only a few minutes away and offers buffet style meals.

A refundable breakage deposit will be required upon arrival. This deposit can be paid by credit card or cash. It is approx. 175 Euro for 1-bedroom apartments and approx. 225 Euro for 2-bedroom apartments.
