Location
The apartment is located in a complex in the new area of Rincon de Loix just 600 metres from fine sand Levante Beach. The tall building offers guests charming panoramic views out over the surrounding area and the tourist centre of Benidorm with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as a lively old town are just a few paces from the complex. The lively nightlife scene with plenty of bars, restaurants and further shops as well as further entertainment venues, which ensure an exciting holiday. Especially worthy of a visit are Aguamar and Mundomar Water Parks, which are located just around the corner. The old quarter, San Jaime as well as the wonderful Aigüera and Elche Parks are also impressive. The closest bus stop is just 500 m away, whilst Alicante-El Altet Airport is 65 km from the complex.
Rooms
The stylish, spacious apartments include a marble bathroom with a hairdryer, a balcony or a terrace, a bedroom with two cosy single beds, a sofa bed in the spacious living room, cable TV and a superbly fitted kitchen, which features an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a cupboard and a washing machine. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating feature as standard in each. The apartments also come with a hire safe.
Sport
The sprawling, well-maintained gardens comprise beautiful and clean lawns with many palms. Further leisure facilities include a large swimming pool as well as a great children's paddling area and a playground for younger guests. A spacious green area with parasols and sun loungers is also provided for guests wishing to while away their time in the sun. It is possible to play tennis, and golf at a course that lies around 15 km away. The surrounding area is also ideal for horse riding and, on payment of an additional fee, guests may enjoy water sports such as diving and surfing (on offer from local operators).

The Gemelos 22 does not have a 24 hour reception service, therefore guests must go to the following address for the key collection:
Fincas Benidorm, Madrid Avenue no. 23, from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 1.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm; Saturday from 9.30am to 1.30pm. After these times, guests need to go to Buenavista Apartments for key collection, at Ciudad Real (near the Levante Club Hotel) street in Benidorm for key collection. Guests are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit on arrival; €150 for a 2 bed apartment and €100 for a 1 bed apartment.
