The hotel is located just 500 m from the city centre, at the heart of a beach area and within a mere 300 m of the hotel's own private beach. Agadir Almassira airport is 25 km away and may be reached by car in around 30 minutes.

Lying amidst sprawling parklands, the rooms and suites afford top service and are both comfortable and fully equipped. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, double or king-sized bed, a safe and a terrace. Agadir is ideal for many different sports including golf and tennis, as well as water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, bodyboarding, kayaking and water skiing.
