Each of the studios has air conditioning, a toilet, a shower, and a kitchenette supplied with a fridge and a kettle, as well as a table and chairs for sitting out on the balcony or courtyard and enjoying the view. There are individual controlled air condition units which are payable locally. Also there is a maid service once a week, in between a stay for a week, and 3 times during a 2 weeks stay. It includes linen and towels change.
