The hotel, which is located in the occupied Koma tou Yialou village, has been under construction since last year (2008) and has just been opened, introducing the Karpass Peninsula to the first Italian group of travellers. The hotel is located in Kumyali village, around a 2-minute walk from the centre and approximately 3 km from the beach.

All of the hotel's guestrooms have special names. The interiors of the rooms have been decorated with traditional furniture, characteristic of Cyprus. All rooms have showers, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV and hairdryers. The en suite rooms feature a double bed as standard, plus a mini fridge and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel comprises a medium-sized outdoor swimming pool for adults and a play pool swimming area for kids. For relaxation and recreation there is also a sun terrace, and for a fee guests can enjoy waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, banana boating and sailing.
