The ‘Costa Silencio’ or Silent Coast is a small resort on the south coast of Tenerife and is a 10 minute drive away from Playa de las Americas. The Costa Silencio was once a traditional fishing village and has developed from the tourism market. Nearby is a promenade that has attracted good quality fish restaurants. Costa Silencio is in the municipal area of Arona, plenty of sunshine and temperatures varying from 20-25 degrees Celsius.
Tenerife has plenty to offer its guests and inhabitants, such as jungle parks, zoos, there is an Aqua Park not too far from Los Cristianos and Loro Parque is in Puerto de la Cruz and Mount Teide is a great place to visit, but don’t forget a coat, it gets chilly.
