Directions
From Arrecife airport follow the signs to Yaiza/Playa Blanca. Arriving
Playa Blanca's roundabout with the Cepsa Petrol Station in front of you.
Go straight over this roundabout and straight over the second roundabout
towards the shopping area of Playa Blanca. At the end of this road you
will come to a small roundabout take the last turning on your left.
Continue up this road for quite some time. You will pass the Burger
kings flags on your right, followed by Hotel Princesa Yaiza and
Hesperia Playa Dorada on your right. Go straight on at the next
roundabout (sign posted Marina Rubicón). Continue for a quite away and
take the first turning on your right in the next roundabout. Carry on
until you come to a mini roundabout (with a large palm tree in the
middle) and carry on straight until the next one, where you will turn
right. Continue up this road until the next roundabout and take the
second exit. Turn on your right in the first street. Continue going down
until the end of this street and Coloradas Playa Villas are on your
right, in Calle Los Llanos. Look for your villa number.
Location Information
The villas are situated in a newly developed part of Playa Blanca,
approximately 2 km from the sea. It is about 3,1 km away from the city
centre rich able by a nice promenade along the seaside. The hotel is
about 20 km away from the stunning National Park of Timanfaya, the most
interesting place of the island, and about 40 km from the capital of
Lanzarote, Arrecife.
Rooms Information
They consist of, on the top floor, two bedrooms with built in wardrobe
and each one with balcony-terrace. There are two bathrooms, one of them
en-suite with bath. On the ground floor, there is the third bedroom
(just one single bed) with built in wardrobe. The wide living/dinning
room, which enjoys views and direct access to the terrace, comes with TV
satellite and DVD. A kitchen fully equipped with ceramic cooker, oven,
microwave, double fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electrical coffee maker,
kettle a complete household, iron, ironing board, and next to, there is
a storeroom, with the washing machine and clotheslines. High quality
furniture, security safe box, BBQ and private pool (size: 3x5m - depth
1.40x1.40m).
